In Support of the 9/11 Families, please join us for a 9/11 War Criminals Rally Saturday, Dec. 5 12-1pm Federal Building, South Bend Robert A. Grant U.S. Courthouse, 204 S Main Street, South Bend (southeast corner of Main and Jefferson)
In support of a coalition of 9/11 survivors, family members, first-responders, veterans, and active-duty and reserve military who will be holding a major protest rally this Saturday to protest the federal government’s plans to bring five suspected terrorists to trial in a civilian court in New York City, like-minded citizens of Michiana will be gathering outside our federal building carrying signs of sympathetic protest. The 9/11 Never Forget Coalition will hold their rally at noon on Saturday, December 5 outside their federal building, so we will, too. The coalition's partners include TheBravest.com (New York firefighters remembering those they lost on September 11), 9/11 Families for a Safe and Strong America, and Keep America Safe. These groups came together in the wake of the decision by US Attorney General Eric Holder to place Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, former operations-and-plans chief of Al-Qa'ida, and four of his associates to trial in a federal district court in New York City, not more than a block from the former site of the World Trade Center. Please join us at our Federal Building in silent support this Saturday. Bring friends and family. This is a non-partisan event for anyone who feels that war criminals should be tried in military court rather than the U.S. court system with the rights of U.S. citizens. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Report: Indiana’s First State-Wide TEA Party/Town Hall
“Countdown to Judgment Day –2010” in Warsaw on November 21 was an excellent event! Over a dozen groups including Michiana’s own tea party groups: CCOM (Concerned Citizens of Michiana) and Michiana 9/12 ran a well-coordinated event with booths and an inspiring program enjoyed by over 1600 citizens from around the state.
It was great to see this many people, not only the several dynamic speakers, but also the group leaders who introduced them, and all three candidates vying for Evan Bayh’s seat, out there putting in time to help us GET OUR COUNTRY BACK!
Citizens for Common Sense was privileged to transport a bus load of citizens who came to make a difference. The discussions to and from were great and we all made plans to be more involved in Election 2010. Folks, we are on the crest of a giant wave that can take Washington by surprise in 2010. Stay tuned for upcoming events And by all means, share with us any input that we can network to the rest that will help us all make a difference next November!
